Event Sign-up Editing Error

Here's the ss of the error I received - note I did not receive this error when I initially posted my event, just when I tried to go back into the event and edit it. (Was able to edit the fields, just couldn't submit the form)

quick fix is to not use apostrophe and such, any special characters as thats whats causing it. Ill fix this tomorrow tho where it wont be a problem any longer. Its a lengthy code fix or Id do it tonight.
