If you actually read it... it essentially says only a few things:
1) Find a mangle bitch
2) Tiger's and Zerk should always be on CD
3) Shred x5
4) Rip
5) Repeat

top end dps rotation is quite a bit more complex than that, factoring in arp/ap versus energy conservation during zerk determines whether or not to cash in cp's at all.  idol/trink procs that increase ap for a dot that is already rolling will prevent you from reapplying rip, etc.  Basically, top end rotation will involve keeping all your dots up while simultaneously conserving enough energy to work ferocious bite into it...and potentially tossing the rotation clear out the window during zerk or heroism depending upon gear and stats.  This is the reason addons like feralbynight exist.
