I finally reach 58 and a few min later, I get... stuck... ripping the stinger off a dead scorpion.
I thought, that's odd.
Then I remembered last time that happened, what it meant... oh no...
yep, server crash!
Last time I was Thogryn and had looted a really nice smithy Plan and a good weapon too in some mine near Loch Mordan. Was stuck for 30min while the zone cried out in despair and hope that it would recover...
... but it was not to be. Down it went. :(
After a long while it came back up, but it was reset to a point several minutes before the crash and the Plans and the nice weapon were nothing but a cruel memory taunting me!
Alas, level 58, I knew thee so very briefly... perhaps I see thee again soon. ;)
Happened to me too.
Doing Jail Break, PUG wipes because of stupid rogue. All rez, go to zone out to reset, get stuck on zoneing screen. Thinking it me, restart wow....login....stuck on retrieving character list....get pissed....check WoW forum....not just me....wait for reboot...doesnt happen....grab keys and run out for Burger King...stop at ATM....get pulled over for driving a "Suspicious Vehicle"...cop tries to browbeat me to search vehicle....threaten cop with knowing sherrif and him losing badge...go to Burger King....come home....server still not up...eat burger and post here...
As you can see I bought the car for my weekending Bank Robberies. Makes a good getaway vehicle since it blends in so well. Good thing I left the black leather jumpsuit at home on that food run...
