Title: Need Fast boots enchant!

My twinks life depends on this enchant lol... i'm trying to get my enchanting up just for this particular reason, no one in the guild i know or have asked has this enchant they say it's a world drop and hard to get or something i'll pay the enchanter that chants my boots 11G plus i'll find the mats... plz help the twink.. lol

get the AB boots and walk away with some other stat...   much more effiencent.
