i sent them this email about my two accounts

Hello,

I tried to transfer two characters from account ********, to **************,
and it said ************** doesnt meet requirements to allow a
account-to-account transfer.

I tried to transfer these characters:
Character Name Lvl  Race    /      Class     Current Realm
Muhr                60  Niight Elf    Hunter   Alexstrasza
Ghaidal             31  Night Elf     Warrior   Eitrigg

I didnt transfer the characters for two reasons. One was the fact that Muhr
wasnt able to transfer til later this month, and the other was,
************** wasnt able to be transfered too.

I own both acounts. And when i try to transfer, this comes up:
The destination account does not meet the requirements for an account to
account transfer.
Why isnt ************** meet the requirements?

which i think is a standard question, as i own both accounts, their in my credit card ( but i cant change teh name on the 2nd (new) account. so if anyone knows how to change the name on the WoW account, that would help )

Our character transfer service for World of Warcraft is designed to allow
characters to be moved not only between realms, but also between accounts.  For
a minimal fee, you may move a character from one of your accounts to another
registered to your name.  To access this service, please visit the account
management section of our website at http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/account/.

Character transfers are intended only between accounts which are registered to
the same user.  You will be required to verify both accounts, and the last name
on each account must match.  At this time it is not possible to bypass this
restriction, even amongst friends and family.

then you would think, you should be able to change teh name in the contact details, but u cant...

I had the same problem trying to transfer my son's toon from his dad's account to his mum's account- just got standard unhelpful replies.
And while I'm complaining about Blizz....I STILL havent got my gear back!!!!

although ive changed my mind about transfering the 31 war to my account, im now pissed at teh fact that i still cant transfer that 31 war to alexstrasza

i enter the credit card number, and it keeps on saying invalid number!!!

blizzard needs to repair it again

I have just been able to successfully transfer my 13 yr old son's lvl 51 pally (was called Michael) to Alezstrazia. He already knows you guys- having played Luise for me- you will see him on Luise quite a bit in the next few days, while he waits for the transfer.
You will know the difference between him and me- he jumps around a lot - and ...sorry TB couldnt resist- he can woop TB in  duel in crummy armor. :)
