The [wowitem]Glyph of Sunder Armor[/wowitem] works well for Devistate too. A way to build aggro on two mobs at once is great!
I don't know if it breaks CC. As it's just the sunder armor effect and does no damage, it shouldn't break CC. Need more testing to be sure.
