Fel Iron Casings wanted by an Engineer

I learned 2 new cauldron recipes today which could benefit the entire guild during raids.  However, one of the ingredients is a [wowitem]23782[/wowitem]and I have not seen any on the AH.  Do any of our engineers know this recipe?  I believe it is sold by a GM Engineer Trainer.

I am looking for about 10 and will be more than happy to pay for them.

By the way, the recipes I learned were:

I have the recipe and occasionally pick them up cheaply in Area 52 from the Engineering supplier there.  I will send you what I have.  If you need more, I think it is just 3 [wowitem]fel iron bar[/wowitem]
