Fishing daily is picked up at the man near the Silmyr Lake - Old Man Barlo.  The lake you have to kill eels when you start doing quests for Shattrath, [item]Pristine Shimmerscale Eel[/item] for [item]Seth's Graphite Fishing Pole[/item].
