this is a quest item to finish the Ony quest chain, their chain is different from teh alliance and much harder in my oppinion, as my horde hunter had to do this quest to be attuned to Ony. you loose the trinket as soon as you complete the quest, im not sure if you can keep it if you fail the quest or not, but it was deffinatly cool to walk around as a dragon... kinda freaked me out at first tho.
