*FIXED* Quote Box Layouts

I fixed the quote boxes for both the normal forum quotations to show a nifty little quote mark in the background like so:

and now also the Blizzard quotes are easier to read and look correct since the above change had initially affected them and made it difficult to read as well as ugly looking.

Instructions on using the Blizzard Quote system:

If you just want to quote a Blizz quote normally, using the button and placing the quoted text between the boxes or highlighting the quotes text and pressing that button will do it.

If you wish to describe an author and or a link to the original post, the following works:

The "link" is optional so you can specify an author without a link but you cannot have a link without an author.
