Since we have a lot more people in the 50-60 range now in the guild and ive been asked a few times now, I thought it a good idea to post what a DM Tribute Run is and a guild I came across on it for those wanting to attempt it.

Basically a tribute run is you leave all the bosses (named) alive in DM North except the king. When you down him you get a buff that makes you king of the ogres and you can talk to all the named and they give you sweet 2hr buffs, plus the items in the cache are nice as well.
