Hi Caed,
Being an attacking gal myself- I don't know much about the first tanking spec.
I would go for Anticipation (extra defense) over booming voice though.

i.e. 2nd one  :)

The second build looks better to me than the first. I'm not a huge fan of booming voice for tanking.

Personally, I tried the following build out for a while and found it to be really effective:

7 rage HS and sunder is tough to beat. And it drops the cost of overpower to 2 rage. Oh, and thunderclap now costs only 13 rage. AOE, 5 targets, usable in defensive stance now, reduces attack speed (meaning you take less damage), and it generates additional threat. Tough to beat for holding multiple mob aggro. And don't overlook the usefulness of devastate. With the reduce rage cost talent, it only costs 12 rage, has an really fast recharge, and provides an excellent rage dump that generates more threat per point of rage than anything else (especially with 5 sunders on the target).

Oh, and anger management is one of those talents that seems kinda meh on paper, but in game it's just awesome. So many times that one extra rage point has saved me and let me get off the last hit when I get adds and have less than optimal health going into the fight. I can't think of a warrior build I would make without it now--it's that useful. And unlike the extra rage talent in the fury tree, this is guaranteed extra rage.

Here's another build I'm thinking of trying... mainly for boss fights, but it would give 21 seconds of shield wall every 20 minutes... Very useful against bosses, and it has a bit more damage than a full prot build. It seems like it would still retain a lot of the flavor and ability of the lv60 prot builds before TBC as well.
