Wushoolay is very similar to High Priest Venoxis as they share many of the same attacks and attributes. His abilities are similar to a Shaman and Druid.

  • Poison Aura- Wushoolay has a posion cloud aura affecting all those in melee range
  • Chain Lightning - Will cast a Chain Lightning attack on all those in front of him for 1k+ dmg
  • Hurricane - Casts a Druid-like Hurricane cloud in a random location on the raid doing 1k+ dmg

Wushoolay needs to be tanked facing away from the raid when the fight is in progress to avoid his Chain Lightning attack affecting the ranged / caster group as well as minimize those affected by his Hurricane spell. Nature Resist for melee classes is a good idea to help minimize damage from his Poison Aura. The raid should stay spread out during the fight with the exception of melee who should be standing to his side or behind him if not the main tank. Heals should be focused on the Main Tank during the fight as Wushoolay hits hard. Mana drain during this fight is highly recommended but not always necessary for High DPS groups or well geared raids. All raid members need to be alert to his Hurricane spell and move out of the AOE range of it when he casts, to include the MT and melee.

Wushoolay drops his mane [wowitem]19941[/wowitem] each class needs for the ZG Epic Trinket quest if they have a voodoo doll.

His loot table consists of:
