Here's a list of consumables I usually bring to a raid or an instance. Just putting them in one place so you don't have to dig them up one by one like I did. With these I can add 145 spell damage for trash and bosses. Which is AMAZING.
One thing to keep in mind is that you can only have 1 Battle Elixir, 1 Guardian Elixir and 1 Cooking buff on you at any given time. Flasks are classified as both a Battle and Guardian Elixir.

Fireheart's not nearly high enough in level to even BEGIN to specialize, LE. I have to grind her up to 35 before I can start on the path to 250 =/
Fiere's just a gatherer to net me some cash while I'm on my way to my epic mount. Once she's there I may drop one of the professions she has and pick up something else, but that's a long way off =/
