Fire Resistance Cloak

 In case some are working on  fire resistant gear i found out that the best fr cloak comes from a sneaky hidden vendor

[item]Wyrmcultist's Cloak[/item]   

Its from a vendor in a cave in Blades Edge Mountains with coords of 33,34.  You go in the cave and make a left and the npc is there.  Someone may have killed it, so you might have to wait for a respawn.  The sneaky thing is you need a disguise to talk to the npc.

There is a quest (where at minimum you need to be up to) called [quest=10722]Meeting at the Blackwing Coven[/quest] which is a chain that starts at the quest  [quest=10894]Wyrmskull Watcher[/quest] (the chain starts from the npc Tree Warden Chawn).

Essentially you have to gather 5 pieces of cloth (part of the quest) and make a disguise from it.  The cloth wont drop unless you are at least up to the part mentioned above (and it will drop even if you have completed that quest).  This will allow you to walk in and talk to the vendor.  The disguise has a 3 min duration.
