I respecced to combat for pve grinding purposes. I was going to skip Combat Potency in the talent tree, then decided to check it out. Wow. It's like having a free Adrenline Rush. Build some CPs, hit slice and dice, and just SS till you can KS, then SS some more.
And in pvp, I am getting better at it. If BF and AR are up, I feel sorry for my opponent(s). They won't survive unless there are more than 2 of em. Even then, they have a hard time killing me. fun.
I went sub and you went combat. Hehe.
I love the combat tree. I'm not going to lie about it. I never ran out of energy with a 1.5 and a 1.6 speed weapon and combat potency/ADR. My dodge was almost 30%, and my parry was 10%. It was hard to beat :)
Edit: Here's what I'm respeccing to today.

Though it might not seem like it, combat potency is really effective. After your next raid encounter, check the proc of it- you'll be surprised.
