I dont know the validity of this item and ive not been able to find much info on it, but apparently this is a screen shot taken from one of the EU servers.

Im inclined to believe it to be fake as "resillience" is misspelled. Thats not a whole lot to base its non-validity off of as Blizz has had quite a few typos on item bonuses since BC has been introduced.
