The way YouTube videos link in posts has been changed. The old method of using the little Youtube button no longer worked properly and the modification has been abandoned in favor or newer systems.
All you need to link a Youtube video in a post now is to paste the link to the video either the long address
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dX8toAFrStk
or the short link.
Note: If you want your video to embed using the HD quality version of it, use the standard "long" link.
http://youtu.be/dX8toAFrStk
The forum will do the rest.

I had issues with the embedded utube links in the past, and after giving it a couple tries with the direct link i gave up :P
