Not really sure if guildies need to improve their FR (I certainly do), but there are 2 drops from DM that should be easily attainable in a 3 or 4 person high-level group....[wowitem]Flamescarred Shoulders[/wowitem] & [wowitem]Elder Magus Pendant[/wowitem].
They drop from the same mob, Magister Kalendris ( http://wow.allakhazam.com/db/mob.html?wmob=11487 )
