Just a heads up for those of you who don't keep tabs on tech news.

Internet Explorer 9 was released last week for Windows 7 and Vista, which I would encourage everyone who uses IE using those 2 operating systems to upgrade. Its VERY good, a lot of security improvements as well as CSS3 and HTML5 support atop being faster.

Additionally, for Firefox users, Firefox 4 was officially released today. Again, same as IE9, lots of improvements, a new look, more CSS3 and HTML5 support and faster engine.

I use I.E., Chrome, Firefox, and MSN and out of all those I think I liked Chrome the best but not sure now, Firefox is PERTY! now. I probably use MSN the most though because of my email account.

Meh, personal preference of course for each individual, but as a web developer, I find Chrome to be behind in technology standard support. Google didnt do a lot of things right which makes me have to add extra code to the site CSS and pages to make things appear properly in it. Its a very bitchy browser with regard to standards, very prima donna-ish.

Also, sadly as well as amazingly, IE9 is faster than the latest Chrome.

Thanks for the heads-up. I'm a long-time firefox user, but I'll stick with 3 for a while until my essential addons get updates.

Everything I use seems to have been upgraded for 4 so I think you should be relatively safe cause I use quite a lot. 4 has been in development for a long time, prob longer than it should have been so most authors have had time to make it work.

Theres an extension you can grab that will show you what works in 4

Also, a guide here to help in that exact area
