...literally.

With my agi and talents, I have a base 26.something% dodge.  With my evasion, ghostly strike, and charm of alacrity (trinket from the worm quest south of HH), I go up a bit.

~26% + 50% + 15% +~14% = 105.19% dodge.  I tried this out today in the stockades, and it works.  Every single attack against me missed before I finished punching the mobs to death.
