Quick shout out to all those who have been raiding lately.  Over the last couple weeks, nearly everyone signed up for raids has made our jobs easier by ...

- being online before raid invites go out,
- not being in an instance right beforehand,
- communicating tardiness (if applicable),
- showing up repaired & with plenty of consummables,
- listening to your raid leaders,
- maintaining order during rough patches,
- giving raid leaders advance notice of an early departure,
- and being flexible about sitting out certain raids in order to rotate others into the mix.

Our raids have been consistently starting right on time, maybe for the first time ever, which gives us good momentum for the night. 

We are having good success right now - let's keep up the good raid habits.
