Title: WotLK Fear FINALLY

Frost Nova, Frostbite, Entangling Roots, Fear and other effects that had a chance on breaking on damage now break after a certain amount of health lost during the effect.

I agree, if they are going to nerf fear something needs to be done about mace stun proc spam and stunlocking. Its honestly no different than fear.

Just mace stun... that should have been fixed six? patches ago instead of the ADR + prep nerf.

Mace stun has been removed from rogues and warrior talents.

[blizzard]Rogue (Skills List / Talent Calc. (8820))
Skills
Combat

    * Gouge does not award a combo point anymore.


Talents
Combat

    * Mace Specialization (Tier 5) chance to stun removed. Increases critical strike damage bonus with maces by 2/4/6/8/10%. [/blizzard]

[blizzard]Warrior (Skills List / Talent Calc. (8820))
* Mace specialization changed, it now gives your melee attacks a chance to generate 10 rage when using a Mace.[/blizzard]

Think I read somewhere yesterday that rogue mace specialization will have armor ignore and fist/dagger specialization will be added together.

still does, trust me....although i miss lvl 60 2.0 where 3 DoTs would kill someone...
