Just an FYI, since many probably dont know this, but Blizzard is going to use a new system for T9 upgrades. There will be 3 levels of T9 gear, Conquest, Triumph, Triumph (Heroic), or basically T9, 9.25 and 9.5.
The intended method of how this will work is:
T9 basic gear or (Conquest) will be purchasable via [item]Emblem of Triumph[/item].
The concept of the tokens now is you can use them for any of the 5 items of Tier gear. So instead of how it works now where different bosses drop the Helm token, gloves token, etc, 1 token allows you to choose what item you upgrade first so you dont have to wait an eternity for a specific class drop off a specific boss, it cuts down the randomness of it some.
[item]Trophy of the Crusade[/item] drops on the 25 version of the new instance so that it insures people actually need to visit 25 and be successful at it to get the 25 level T9 gear. This is so people cant farm up 10 and 5 man heroics and gear up to the same level as we would working in 25. Makes it a little more fair. There still isnt a whole lot of details on this item as to if it is a 1 drop or if it drops for everyone, etc. We probably wont know for accuracy sake till 3.2 is finally here.
