I think Blizzard's user interface is ok but it just doesn't have enough buttons for me... (too many totems :p) So I found this cool addon that lets you make your own hotbars and buttons. You can make as many as you want, attach them together, line them up, change their sizes, and hotkey them. It's pretty simple to use but might take awhile to set up, especially if you have a lot of spells. It also lets you disable the Blizzard UI. You don't need to, but it helps give you some extra room.

This addon can be downloaded from: http://files.wowace.com/sw-f.html
You can find info on the /commands for this addon here: http://www.wowace.com/wiki/FlexBar2

Here's my UI now with Flexbar 2:

See http://forum.twilightonalex.com/gallery/albums/userpics/10224/normal_WoWScrnShot_111507_170708.jpg for a full size view, I'm not sure how to resize pictures in forum posts.

I scaled down the hotbar buttons and set my totems up in the corner. Notice that the new buttons also show the amount of time left on a cooldown (frostshock in this case). The buttons will have a green highlight around the outside if you or your target have that buff. Equipped items will have a yellow outline around them. The buttons also turn red when you are out of range.

The healthbars were modified with agunitframes and the thingy that says how long frost shock remains on the current target is Quartz.

Here's a screenshot of what it looks like when you're setting up the mod. The numbers and labels on the buttons help you figure out how to group them and size them.

Buttons 74 and 75 were just added, that's why they're just hanging out in the middle of the screen with no icons on them.

Let me know if you want any help with this addon, I played around with it for about an hour today and might know how to help ya!

Thanks Nas! I may need something like this if I ever decide to get serious about using my Nostromo N52 keypad for WoW. Also good to see someone else running Quartz -- it has really been helpful for me so far:
