trouble logging in

I've been having trouble logging in... whenever I try to log in, I get stuck at "connected" for about 1 minute, then I get "retrieving character list" for about 5 minutes. When I click my character to log in, the blue bar gets all the way to the right and then stops. At this point, I either get disconnected, or log in after about 2-3 minutes. If I do manage to log in, my latency is over 1000 and I get disconnected before I can do anything...

I also tried logging on to other realms, my different characters on Alex, and disabling my addons and none of those helped.... any suggestions??? 


EDIT: nevermind, deleting my WTF folder worked for now
