Can anyone make spellthread?

Just wondering if anyone can make either [wowitem]mystic spellthread[/wowitem] or [wowitem]silver spellthread[/wowitem]?  I would be interested in a couple for Kaid and I.

I know, Kaid's pants definitely need some thread to increase "coverage"

If you can get some Rune Thread, I can have the Primal Mana's, being that im almost up to the netherstorm, which there its pretty easy to get them

Kitty can make this.  It requires scryer rep.  Plus 25 damage and 18 stam to a leg piece is a very nice enchant.   It requires 5 primal mana and 1 rune thread.
