Not sure how people are selling these cause I just got the blue proto in my bag this morning but its soulbound
I dont think they all are. The deathcharger tho is from LK 25 heroic

Well I was told instead of looting your exotic bag just open it if see a mount can mail the bag or sell it with the mount its only soulbound until looted outta the bag (was informed this not sure if correct)
