I have 6 people signed up for a 5 man run, with one person queud....is there a way I can avoid that in the future shadow? Now I have to tell one person we are overbooked...I feel like the hotel guy who has 40 rooms full when the 41st person with a room lined up shows up at the front desk...

that shouldnt have happened but ill see what I can do. Thats also one of the reasons I put the signup time in there so as an event leader you can make the decision of who gets the ugly axe and stuff. =)
