hehe that's funny I was listening to calls at work on Thursday, (I work in a call center as a quality specialist; when you hear "this call may be monitored or recorded for quality purposes" it's true... I am proof of that haha), one customer said to one of my reps "Merry Christmas", the rep said "wow I'm surprised to hear you say that... we've been told not to, we have to say Happy Holidays" The customer laughed and said "Oh that's right... Happy Raumahaunakwansmas" :laugh:
