Has anyone found anything really cool that was secretly added with the patch?
We found yesterday that they opened up the Cavern of Time in Tanaris (where the dragons are) and you can go all the way inside it. Deep inside it is a shop keeper that sells 5100 mana regen drinks that are lvl 60, along with other even higher lvl drinks and food.
There are also some new scourge added in EPL on the other side of the road from Northpass Tower. They are lvl 60 and called Scourge Engineers. They also added some catapult looking machines there. North down the road further is a new huge portal. Dharq says this is where the bloodelve's starting area is supposed to be?
New Draenei quests are at Chillwind Post (Western Plaguelands), Hinterlands and SouthShore. Not sure if there are more out there.

There is a new draenei camp set up in Forest Song, Ashenvale. It has several new quests. Not only Draenei quests, but also new Darnassus quests. It's pretty lively there now. Each quest gives you roughly between 250-350 rep. This refers to both the draenei quests and the Darnassus quests. I'm halfway through friendly with Exodus now with my warlock.
Also, there is a dropped quest off of the succubus, felguard, etc. demons in southern Ashenvale. This is also a draenei quest and provides you with rep.
It is really awesome in Forest Song...it looks like they are building a lil' Draenei village...

If you go to the AV tunnel in Hillsbrad, there's now a mounted battlemaster by the instance.
same as in the AB entrance
