i LOVE the blood elf lady....although i get the sense our relationship would end with her ramming an ice pick in me while i slept or just plain causing me to disintegrate...hmmm.....tough call....
As is made obvious by the cinematic, priests will get a battle rez in the expansion. However it will only be usable on the other faction....make it the 41 point Holy talent. ;)

we didnt see it work though, my guess is that it has a high cd and high failure rate...that priest was gonna end up runnin back
lets hope you dont get shackled with a 30 min CD like ours....
i'm certainly not prepared for what blizz has in-store for us!

That cinematic just made me want BC even more! I liked how they showed the 'Nei aspect of being all alone in their own battles and having to make something of themselves without the help of other Alliance groups. That whole "you are not prepared line" was perfect. The Bloodelf bit was pretty cool too. I think it's all going to be amazing.
