Found a funny little video some Navy people currently in the Middle East made to break the monotony of things, thought some of you might enjoy watching it.
I can relate to how hard it is for any of you who have family deployed overseas right now and also to those of you who currently are or will be soon and I just wanted to say thank you, from a fellow ex-service member =)
cute
they must be bored
As most of you may know, I decided to stay in the army myself. I will be leaving for retraining around the end of July beginning of August. The new job won't be hard at all...Human Resources. The training is 8 weeks long. I'm looking at being in the middle east around 6 months max after I complete the training.
I am in a Medical Holding Company right now. Daily I see the the wounded warriors fight back against the injuries they have sustained. I've seen a lot of stuff here for the 3 years I have been here and it'll make many a grown man cry. Here's to everyone who has not made it back home alive and to those that have a lifetime battle ahead of them, The war is only the beginning of an inner war most will never understand.
Cheers! :carlton_draught: :Victoria_Bitter: :Fosters_Pack:
