My warrior had 3200 at level 30 in tank gear. Its not really hard to do honestly if you get good gear and pay up for the necessary enchants.

i actually have 5.2k around HKs on my rogue....but 78k? thats a GM basiclly...

I have seen twinks with more than 78k hks. They are basically unkillable and play wsg/ab 24/7.
