After much consternation among the downtrodden blacksmiths, the plans for [wowitem]Ragesteel Shoulders[/wowitem] have finally dropped! ;D I can now take orders for these, but even more importantly, I would like to buy any [wowitem]Scroll of Strength V[/wowitem] that anyone comes across, as these plans require 2 to make, and they aren't craftable or farmable. >:(
