Any mods out there that let you move the damn tooltip where you want it to?

Description:
You can place the tooltip wherever you want.
The options:
'/etooltip toggle' to turn the addon on or off.
'/etooltip color' to use the background coloring or not (=default WoW)
'/etooltip anchor' to show a small config UI (first pincture)
You can choose a static tooltip position with one of the buttons or place the dialog whereever you want on the screen and use the 'SET' button, the tooltip will than be placed at this position.
