Shoulder enchant should be the aldor/scryer exalted one (Greater Inscription of Vengeance for Aldor, Greater Inscription of the Blade for Scryer), grind either to exalted and use the lesser version for now.
Head enchant should be Glyph of Ferocity from CE revered faction.
I don't have much experience for meta gems, but feel that you should always socket as many Rigid Dawnstone gems (+8 Hit Rating) as possible until your hit rating is over 200 if you intend to stay combat specced.
