Well, seeing some people here have been wanting one of them Nether Vortex things, and its still on demand atm, Ive come to report that World of Raids has listed a new change in the 2.4 change-
Quote- You can now purchase Nether Vortex with badges (cost: 15 badges + 6 gold), also Primal Nether & Nether Vortex are not soulbound anymore.
While this may or may not go live, we can hope for the best!
