Thread about Sunwell Trash Farming "exploit" that some have been pugging lately.

GM's basically say "don't do it" but are vague on what the repercussions will be about it.
I'm at home and Customer Service is actually commenting on this now:

Edit: I think I misunderstood your initial statement, Saddlebags, so let me fix my post.
From your description along with what I understand of the activity I would recommend against this practice. Trash farming in and of itself is perfectly fine but the process that seems to be employed here, appears to devalue this instance for the potential rewards.
Generally speaking, if you have to ask if it is Ok. It's not.

This has been addressed, here:

I highly discourage you from using the practice mentioned in the post above as it likely will lead to account actions up to account closure.

No worries.
We've explained on several occasions that engaging in this practice falls into the category of 'very bad idea', and that the practice is currently under scrutiny. While I'm unable to state definitively whether a specific type of action will be applied in response to past activities, or even if a penalty will be applied at all, I can say that if one should be joining runs like this, that it's probably wise to cease.

Basically, it seems to be similar to the arena win-trading deal where blizz is looking into it for the time being and waiting to bring down the hammer on those that do it after they suggest that it's bad...
That's a polite way of saying "don't be dumb, don't do it." ;)
