Undead and the Forsaken are not the same. But yes, Silvanas is the leader of Undercity/the Forsaken.
From what I've read that video is a part of a quest line where you eventually quest into Undercity to kill someone. I don't know the full scope of it, but from what I've heard, UC and Org are going to pretty much get saked.
the second link I posted explains the whole quest in 6pages.....Sylvanas is betrayed by Varimathras and Grand Apothecary Putress and she has nothing to do with the killing of those guys in wrathgate...the horde gets a quest where u go to Thrall and see Sylvanas there which Jaina teleports and they talk...then you go to UC with a bunch of npcs including Thrall and Sylvanas which is awesome that ends in horde killing Varimathras and Allys killing Putress and after that King Varian attacks Thrall and Sylvanas in UC which Jaina ports in room and summons all the allys back to SW.
The chains is the most awesome quest chain I've ever seen in WoW other than that Bolvar(the guy in the first video that dies is Bolvar) dies in it:(

one thing that hasnt been talked about in many circles that this video shows is that blizz is SLOWLY and very subtely redoing parts and pieces of the graphics engines...there were new models there being used, and that entire thing (with some enhancements like the dragon's flames) was done with the actual game engine, NOT CGI...there is a definite migration going on in WOW graphics away from cartoonish, over exaggerated graphics...
I dont know why this doesnt get a lot of talk, but the look of wow is definitely changing...they are also adding dynamic shadows in the expansion, meaning we will now (if you turn the setting on) have an ACTUAL shadow, not a standard oval for everone like we do now...
....and.....the level 60 armor that the alliance wore is still the crappiest and most laughably designed armor set in the game lol....the forsaken did the alliance a favor by killing them lol

I'm trying not to see too many details about what they do with the plot (too late :() but I'm very glad they are making major changes in the Old World to reflect the passage of time and new events. There's nothing they can do about Magtheridon, Illidan, etc. being killed and reappearing every day, but at least there's some dynamism in the world.
