If she used a sickle she's probably a warlock...

The guy (a rogue most likely) stealthed up from behind and got a cheap shot in, then she feared him to get distance and, in a very un-warlock manner, actually used her weapon for a quick melee strike. Maybe that is a new talent they're introducing for locks in WotLK.
