QuoteBattleground Queue From Anywhere
Players will now be able to queue for Battlegrounds from anywhere in the world via the Battleground tab in the PvP section of the interface. Once the match is complete, players will be returned to the location where they entered it from.
* Queue for any available Battleground from anywhere in the world.
* Players must be out of combat in order to enter the Battleground.
* Automatically return to the location you left when the Battleground ends.
Free Hearth anytime?
I know Hugh is gonna be stoked about this one...
i love the idea...and its about time....i always experiment with the new MMO's when they come out, and one thing i liked about WAR a lot was that you could queue up into BG's anywhere....it will defintely make things easier...
if you want a free hearth you can always buy one of those dalaran rings for 10,000 gold or whatever hehehe
OH NOOOO
Now how am i goin to get ppl to que me up for a bg if they make it where i can do anywhere lol quote stewie "I dont like change"
My understanding of this is if you queue for a bg from the middle of howling fjord, then you will be returned to the middle of howling fjord once the bg is over. I dont think this will be a free hearth type thing.
Hearthstones will have a cd of 1/2 hour instead of the current 1 hour.
yea i think that is what it does gren which is goin to hurt me ALOT lol cause i can go to dalaran at certain times of day and when i can i use the bg to port me there and if ppl can que anywhere then i may never get into a city lol
You have a hearthstone on a half hour cooldown. You can buy a port from a mage. You can get to SW or Menethil and take the boat to Northrend and fly to Dalaran. I understand that you lose the convenience of queuing someone for a BG in Dalaran so that they get ported there or using your ghetto-hearth is gone but it's really not that hard to use the modes of transportation already in the game...
But.... since people are lazy, I plan on taking my warlock to Dalaran and selling summoning stones for 5g a pop.
Just found this out: http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/info/underdev/ui.html
Blizz is adding an ingame equipment rack similar to ItemRack that looks pretty useful.
They're also updating the LFG feature so that you have to check which roles in the group you can fill (what with dual specs, some people will be able to do two). There are pictures of both updates in the link.
aye...it looks very promising...if they can incorporate outfitter or itemrack then thats one less addon to go haywire on patch day lol
some things missed too are that they are providing a lot of high res armor sets and such going forward, meaning those who run higher end machines and have the settings turned up should see some nice graphics...
my favorite part, though, so far is:
[blizzard]Ulduar has more items than all of BC's raids put together, and that's with gear consolidation. Bring the player not the class was to allow groups more flexibility in inviting their friends and to make room for say Demonology warlocks, Balance druids, Marksman hunters and other specs that couldn't be fit into a Sunwell raid because of the inflexibility of the mandatory buff jigsaw puzzle. [/blizzard]
lol...more items in one instance than all of BC's raids? wow...
10 and 25 man versions, hard mode gear, and bosses 4 per or so?
i can dig it, its better then 1 piece of tier and 2 others per boss :/
