Since the changes in 3.1, rank 1 life tapping every 20 seconds has become part of the lock rotation (with the glyph for LT inscribed). Ive tried it twice now on raids and found it amazingly hard to remember. Looking for a solution, the addon ghost: pulse is the most popular choice among warlocks, so I'm going to give it a try. it also has some other utility to it and i was wondering if anyone has tried this addon yet. Apparently its useful for curse, poison, diesease removal, runetap management or even watching for spell casts. Here's the link and the features if anyone wants to try it

Ghost: Pulse is a WoW addon in the spirit of Jim's Cooldown Pulse.
* A spell/ability comes off cooldown.
* A pet's spell/ability comes off cooldown.
* A trinket, potion or other item comes off cooldown.
* A buff is applied to you, or fades.
* A debuff is applied to you, or fades.
* Your target or focus is crowd controlled.
* A debuff you have cast on a mob expires.
* You successfully cast a spell.
* A spell is resisted, or the spell target is immune.
* You've lost enough mana that a potion would be a good idea now.
* You're a warlock and Life Tap/Dark Pact is a good thing to use right now.
* Your enemy (target or focus) begins a spell cast.
* You or a member of your group is debuffed with a magic, curse, disease or poison effect.
Various configuration options exist, such as switching individual features on and off, moving and sizing the icon, sounds to play when things happen and so on.
Type /gp or /ghostpulse to configure. See the ReadMe.txt inside the download for details.

It's a good addon. I've been using it for awhile now to. I use it mostly for rime and killing machine proc's, and when blade barrier drop's off. Take's a lot of configuring though. Can get very spammy if not configured.
