For those of you healers who want an easier way to see who is assigned who to heal on our raids, I use an addon called Surgeon General (http://www.wowace.com/addons/surgeon-general/). The author has developed a "listening addon" for other raid healers which basically just displays the assignments so that you dont need to wait for me to broadcast them to raid chat. Its not as cumbersome as the full addon and takes less memory.
Feel free to download it here if you want, this is of course optional but might make things a little easier. The full version of the app does the same thing, but its really not necessary unless you are leading a raid.
