*NEW* Blizzard Quote Code

Since we seem to have a good deal of relaying Blizzard forum quotes and information, ive added a new code tag for the forum that will make displaying that information a bit better.

You can use the new "Blizz" button on the message format area as shown:

Or typing manually will also work as shown:

Will produce:
