lol I found this out trying to talk with these guys while questing with my shammy,"boro gomsho" means get lost in Farsi :D :)

The Blood Elves are fluent in Arabic as well. I've definitely heard "asalamu alykum" from them a bit. It means Peace be upon you in arabic (a rather nice greeting).
