Tank Fire Resist Gear

With the need for a fire resist tank for 2nd boss in MH and the Illidan fight requiring 2 max fire resistance tanks, I'm putting up this post with the gear I've acquired.  There's been a few questions on what to get so hopefully this helps out.  I included the gems, enchants and for the FR gear its source.

DISCLAIMER
This is not the only way to get to max fire resistance.  There's a lot of gear to mix and match that will achieve a similar result.

365 fire resistance (including buffs from paladin fire resist aura and flask)
490 defense minimum (no crits please)

I also have the crafted bracers in the event I don't have a flask or a paladin is not available.  Hopefully there's a druid around for GotW buff.  It's a bad day when there's no paladin or druid in the raid - probably best to go home.

With the bracers and fully buffed I have 393 fire resistance.  Over 365 doesn't help much so there really for 'just in case'.
