Summary:
The Comments RSS feed on all the Blogs would return an invalid result on IE and display blank on Firefox.



Cause:

Server Side:
The original Wordpress code was bugged and invalid. This is a known issue and was reported to Wordpress development.



Fix:

Feed.php was updated with new PHP code to allow operation. Comments RSS feeds are now working properly.
