Can't login on different computer

Since my Mac is AWOL this weekend, I installed and updated WoW on my wife's PC with no problems, but now I can't log into the game from there. I have tried opening up the ports that Blizz suggests, and even turning off her firewall entirely. This is the same Internet connection I use myself, so I don't think the problem is at that level. Anyone have further suggestions?

(I have successfully played on this computer before, but that was months ago. It might have something to do with the battlenet change...)
