Res Sickness with no spirit healer?

Seriously? Why did I get 10 mins of res sickness (didn't take the usual 25% dmg to items that normally happens from a spirit healer) when I ran to my body?  Is this something new?

Look, I'm sorry I killed the hordie...but he was attacking sentinal hill...but you didn't need to give me res sickness blizzard...seriously...

Anyways...I think it was a bug...there was a lowbie who was ressing me at the same time I clicked accept to take the res from proximity to my body.  For some reason I got res sickness for that...stupid blizzard...
